Yeah so what about girls? Can they bodyboard? Of course they can!!! This isn’t the NFL, this is bodyboarding and you are tuned to Spunjah Chronic and that’s what we’re all about. We can’t get enough of bodyboarding. About two weeks have passed since the North Shore Soap Factory Women’s Pipeline Pro. Heights Productions CEO Mark B has provided us with some handheld footage from the contest water patrol tent. Mark says “I was in the water down the beach and could hear on the loudspeaker that the finals were coming up and Heights Productions needed to be on it so I hung up the board for a bit and checked it out…”. The finals brought an interesting mix of riders out into the mix including Brazilian Karla Costa Taylor, Japan’s Sari Ohara, Venezuela’s Lumar Gittard and Hawaii’s own Jade Robles. Although the waves were small this was the time to shine for the women at Pipe. Whether it’s 1-2 feet or cracking on the outer reefs Pipeline possesses a high risk in all conditions. This time around the waves were in the 3 foot + range and the women made the most of it. Check out the video below for the recap of some highlight waves.

You guys should feature NASCAR races as well as qualifying and practice sessions live from the web. Sprint Cup, Nationwide, and the Camping World Truck Series races would be huge for the chronic site.
